I visited on October 1 for a one-hour deep tissue massage. The advertised price I saw was $60 plus $5 for deep tissue, so I expected to pay $65. However, my receipt shows a service charge of $90.63 without an itemized explanation.

I also mistakenly entered $65 in the tip field, thinking I was entering the massage price, bringing the total to $155.63. I have contacted the business to request a refund of the accidental tip and an explanation of the extra $25.63 service charge. I am waiting for their response.

This experience has been frustrating, and I will never return.
